Przeżywszy lat 87, po krótkiej, a ciężkiej chorobie,
opatrzony św. Sakramentami, zmarł dnia 16 maja 2012 r.
Msza Święta Żałobna przy Zmarłym odprawiona zostanie we wtorek,
dnia 22 maja 2012 r. o godz. 11.40 w nowej kaplicy na cmentarzu w Batowicach,
po czym nastąpi odprowadzenie Zmarłego na miejsce wiecznego spoczynku,
o czym zawiadamiają pogrążeni w głębokim smutku:

Córka, Syn z Żoną, Wnuki,
i Rodzina
