dnia 21 lutego 2012 roku o godzinie 13.00 w kaplicy na cmentarzu Rakowickim,
po czym nastąpi odprowadzenie Zmarłego na miejsce wiecznego spoczynku,
o czym zawiadamiają pogrążeni w głębokim smutku
ŻONA KRYSTYNA, CÓRKA MAGDA, WNUCZKA SABINA I ZIĘĆ JANUSZ
