MIECZYSŁAW HUCHLA ps. „Wacław” (ur. 29 XII 1920 w Tyczynie) współorganizator i p.o. dowódca placówki ZWZ-AK Tyczyn w Podokręgu Rzeszów, p.o. kierownik Okręgu Kraków Zrzeszenia „Wolność i Niezawisłość”, więzień polityczny w PRL, prawnik, nauczyciel akademicki, działacz „Solidarności”, członek Światowego Związku Żołnierzy Armii Krajowej, prezes Zarządu Głównego Stowarzyszenia WiN (1990-1996), odznaczony Krzyżem Kawalerskim i Oficerskim Orderu Odrodzenia Polski Cześć Jego Pamięci!
