Teresa Stefańczyk- Górnicka, ginekolog-położnik, długoletni pracownik Śląskiej Akademii Medycznej w Zabrzu, kierownik Przychodni Zdrowia nr 1 w Dąbrowie Górniczej, pracownik Przychodni Merkury i Huty Katowice. Wyprowadzenie zwłok z kościoła pod wezwaniem Św. Józefa w Dąbrowie Górniczej przy ul. Konopnickiej na cmentarz parafialny Św. Trójcy w Będzinie nastąpi dnia 11 czerwca 2010 r. (piątek)
o godzinie 14.00. Pogrążeni w smutku Mama, Mąż, Córka oraz Rodzina
