Msza święta żałobna zostanie odprawiona w dniu 13 kwietnia 2011 r., o godz. 13.00 w kościele parafialnym pw. Miłosierdzia Bożego przy ul. Myśliwskiej 25.

Pogrzeb odbędzie się tego samego dnia o godz. 14.30 na cmentarzu Srebrzysko - nowa kaplica.
