żołnierz 6 Samodzielnej Brygady Partyzanckiej AK Okręgu Wileńskiego,
Ordynator Oddziału Urologii Szpitala im. dr Mikołaja Pirogowa w Łodzi
w latach 1964-1995.
Odznaczony Krzyżem Odrodzenia Polski, Złotym Krzyżem Zasługi,
Krzyżem Partyzanckim, Krzyżem Armii Krajowej (Londyn) i innymi.
Urna z prochami zostanie złożona do grobu rodzinnego
na Powązkowskim Cmentarzu Wojskowym dnia 9 września 2016 roku o godzinie 10.00 rano.
