Nabożeństwo żałobne zostanie odprawione 25 października 2016 r. o godz. 11.30 w kościele pw. Najświętszego Serca Pana Jezusa w Sopocie przy ulicy Malczewskiego,
po którym nastąpi złożenie do grobu rodzinnego na miejscowym Cmentarzu Komunalnym.
