Msza żałobna odbędzie się we wtorek 21 lipca o godzinie 16.00 w kościele parafialnym pw. św. Urszuli w Kowalu. Ceremonia pogrzebowa o 16.40 na cmentarzu w Kowalu. Rodzinie i Przyjaciołom pogrążonym w smutku wyrazy współczucia składają Koleżanki, Koledzy z Włocławskiego Stowarzyszenia Lekarzy Stomatologów
