Msza święta żałobna odprawiona zostanie 10.10.2015 r. (sobota) o godzinie 10.00 w kościele MB Zwycięskiej (ul. B. Głowackiego). Pogrzeb odbędzie się tego samego dnia o godzinie 13.00 na cmentarzu komunalnym przy ul. Wiślanej.

W smutku pogrążeni syn Jacek, wnuk Patryk Kołodziej i rodzina.

Dziękujemy Ci za wszystko co dla nas zrobiłaś.
