Po długiej chorobie, opatrzony św. sakramentami,
zasnął w Panu dnia 19 grudnia 2014 roku w wieku 78 lat

Msza św. żałobna przy Zmarłym odprawiona zostanie
we wtorek 23 grudnia 2014 roku o godzinie 12.00
w kościele parafialnym pw. Najświętszego Serca Pana Jezusa
w Krakowie - Piaskach Wielkich,
po czym nastąpi odprowadzenie Zmarłego
na miejsce wiecznego spoczynku,
o czym zawiadamia pogrążona w głębokim smutku
