Uroczystości pogrzebowe rozpoczną się dnia 10 września 2008 r. o godz. 14.30 pożegnaniem Zmarłej w kaplicy przykościelnej. O godz. 15.00 nastąpi wyprowadzenie do kościoła w Zębowie, gdzie zostanie odprawiona Msza św. żałobna. Po mszy św. ceremonia pogrzebowa odbędzie się na cmentarzu w Lwówku Wielkopolskim.
