Z głębokim żalem zawiadamiamy, że dnia 30 kwietnia 2010 roku zmarł po długiej i ciężkiej chorobie, opatrzony Sakramentami Świętymi mój kochany Mąż, Tatuś, Brat, Szwagier i Wujek

Uroczystości pogrzebowe rozpoczną się w czwartek, 6 maja 2010 roku o godz. 10.30 pożegnaniem Zmarłego w kaplicy Trójcy Świętej w kościele p.w. NMP. O godz. 11.00 w kościele p.w. NMP zostanie odprawiona Msza Święta żałobna. Po Mszy Świętej ceremonia pogrzebowa odbędzie się na Cmentarzu Parafialnym przy ul. Gałczyńskiego (od ul. Gałczyńskiego - przy kościele Polsko-Katolickim).
