Uroczystości pogrzebowe rozpoczną się w dniu 24.04.2006 r. o godz. 12.00 wyprowadzeniem z Domu Pogrzebowego "Cultus" ul. Browarna na miejsce wiecznego spoczynku na Cmentarzu Parafialnym św. Jerzego przy ul. Gałczyńskiego (wejście od kaplicy).
Msza święta żałobna zostanie odprawiona w dniu 24.04.2006 r. o godz. 10.00 w Kościele w Przysieku.
Pogrążona w smutku
Żona i Córka z Rodziną
Autokar zostanie podstawiony o godz. 12.00
