pragnę złożyć podziękowania najbliższej rodzinie, przyjaciołom, współpracownikom Polikliniki Wojskowej w Toruniu, Polikliniki MSWiA w Toruniu, Komendzie Miejskiej Policji w Toruniu oraz wszystkim osobom, które towarzyszyły w ostatniej drodze. Szczególne podziękowania pragnę złożyć Księdzu Kościoła Garnizonowego oraz Zakładowi Pogrzebowemu "Cultus-Korzybscy".
