Uroczystości pogrzebowe odbyły się 30 sierpnia 2012 r. w rodzinnej Choczni.

Ks. Prof. Czesław Skowron zmarł w 61. roku kapłaństwa.
Jako historyk Kościoła większą część swojego życia poświęcił poszukiwaniom niemal we wszystkich europejskich archiwach materiałów związanych z procesem kanonizacyjnym św. Jadwigi Królowej. Zapamiętamy Go jako niezwykle gorliwego i zatroskanego człowieka Kapłana.

Na mszę św. w Jego intencji zapraszają
przyjaciele i znajomi z Krakowa.
