Z głębokim żalem zawiadamiamy, że 15 grudnia 2013 roku w Poznaniu odeszła od nas
najukochańsza Żona, Mama, Babcia, Siostra i Ciocia

Ciężką chorobę znosiła z niezwykłą godnością,
pozostając zawsze ciepłą, pogodną i dobrą osobą.

Sławciu, taką na zawsze pozostaniesz w naszych sercach.

Pogrzeb odbędzie się w dniu 21 grudnia 2013 r. (sobota) o godz. 14.30
na cmentarzu Osobowickim we Wrocławiu.

Msza żałobna odbędzie się w kościele Najświętszego Serca Jezusowego,
pl. Grunwaldzki 3, o godz. 8.00 w dniu pogrzebu.
