Nabożeństwo żałobne przy Zmarłym odprawione zostanie w piątek 27 lipca 2012 r. o godz. 13.00 w kaplicy na cmentarzu Rakowickim, po czym nastąpi odprowadzenie urny z prochami Zmarłego na miejsce wiecznego
spoczynku, o czym zawiadamiają pogrążeni w rozpaczliwym smutku i żalu: Żona, Matka, Brat i Rodzina
Prosimy o nieskładanie kondolencji.
