zmarła dnia 18 czerwca 2012 roku.

Nabożeństwo żałobne odprawione zostanie
w czwartek, dnia 21 czerwca 2012 roku o godz. 12.20 w kaplicy na cmentarzu Rakowickim,
po czym nastąpi odprowadzenie Zmarłej na miejsce wiecznego spoczynku,
o czym zawiadamiają pogrążeni w głębokim smutku:

Córka, Synowie, Synowa, Zięć, Wnuki i Rodzina
