Msza św. żałobna odprawiona zostanie w dniu 13 października 2012 r. w kościele NMP Królowej Polski w Gdyni przy ul. Świętojańskiej.
Pogrzeb odbędzie się w tym samym dniu o godz. 11.30 na cmentarzu Witomińskim w Gdyni.
