Nabożeństwo żałobne odprawione zostanie we wtorek, dnia 17 kwietnia 2012 roku o godz. 11.40 w kaplicy na cmentarzu Rakowickim, po czym nastąpi odprowadzenie prochów Zmarłego na miejsce wiecznego spoczynku,
o czym zawiadamiają pogrążeni w głębokim smutku
Żona, Siostra, Córka i Syn z Rodzinami
Prosimy o nieskładanie kondolencji.
