16 lipca 2012 roku o godzinie 12.20 w kaplicy na cmentarzu Batowickim,
po czym nastąpi odprowadzenie Zmarłego na miejsce wiecznego spoczynku,
o czym zawiadamiają pogrążeni w głębokim smutku i żalu
Żona, Córka, Wnuki i Rodzina
Prosimy o nieskładanie kondolencji.
