28 maja 2012 r. o godz. 12.20 w kaplicy na cmentarzu Rakowickim,
po czym nastąpi odprowadzenie Zmarłej na miejsce wiecznego spoczynku,
o czym zawiadamiają pogrążeni w smutku
Synowie Tadeusz i Aleksander z Rodzinami
