Nabożeństwo żałobne zostanie odprawione w dniu 1 lipca 2011r. o godz. 12.00 w kolegiacie Najświętszego Serca Jezusowego we Wrzeszczu przy ul. ks. Zator - Przytockiego.
Pogrzeb odbędzie się tego samego dnia o godz. 13.30 na cmentarzu Srebrzysko ( nowa kaplica ).
