Kochany Mąż Tatuś i Dziadek.
Uroczystość pogrzebowa rozpocznie się w dniau 20.12.2011 r. o godzinie 12:40 w kaplicy na cmentarzu komunalnym przy ul. Kiełczowskiej 90 we Wrocławiu.
Pogrążeni w głębokim żalu, Żona, Synowie, Wnuczka z Mężem.
