prorektor naszej uczelni w latach 1978-1981, dziekan Wydziału Kompozycji, Teorii Muzyki i Rytmiki w latach 1987-1990, kierownik Katedry Kompozycji od 1991 roku.

Odszedł od nas wyjątkowy, niezwykle skromny, wielkiej kultury Człowiek, znakomity Artysta, wybitny Kompozytor, nadzwyczajny Pedagog, cieszący się wielkim autorytetem wśród kolegów i młodzieży akademickiej.
Z wielkim bólem żegnamy Pana Profesora, pamięć o Nim na zawsze pozostanie w naszych sercach!
