żołnierza Września , ZWZ oraz Armii Krajowej, odznaczonego, między innymi, Krzyżem Walecznych, Krzyżem za Udział w Wojnie Obronnej oraz Krzyżem Armii Krajowej, awansowanego w roku 2002 do stopnia majora WP.
Zmarły był absolwentem Szkoły Podchorążych Rezerwy Kawalerii w Grudziądzu, WSHM, oraz uczelni amerykańskich.
