Odszedłeś tak nagle, że ani uwierzyć, ani się pogodzić. Z głębokim żalem zawiadamiamy, że dnia 28 listopada 2010 roku zmarł mój kochany Mąż, nasz Ojciec, Teść i Dziadek śp. Roman Kujawa lat 61. Msza św. żałobna odprawiona zostanie dnia 1.12.2010 r. o godz. 10.00 w kościele parafii pw. św. Katarzyny w Chełmcach. Po mszy św. ceremonia pogrzebowa na miejscowym cmentarzu. Pogrążona w smutku ŻONA z RODZINĄ
