Z żalem zawiadamiamy, że w dniu 12 listopada 2011r. w wieku 90 lat odszedł od nas ukochany Mąż , Ojciec, Dziadek i Pradziadek śp. Franciszek Kułakowski żołnierz Armii Krajowej- 27 Dywizji Piechoty pseudonim Żuk Msza święta żałobna zostanie odprawiona w dniu pogrzebu- tj. 16 listopada 2011r. o godz. 11.30 w Kościele Najświętszego Serca Jezusowego w Słupsku. Ceremonia pogrzebowa rozpocznie się o godz. 12.50 na Starym Cmentarzu . O czym zawiadamia pogrążona w smutku Rodzina . Prosimy o nieskładanie kondolencji .
