Wiesław Rapa Wieloletni działacz społeczny i samorządowy. Msza św. za duszę zmarłego odbędzie się w kościele Katedralnym w dniu 20 marca 2010r. o godz. 13.00. Dalsza część ceremonii pogrzebowej odbędzie się na cmentarzu komunalnym we Włocławku przy ul. Chopina o godz. 14.00. O czym powiadamia pogrążona w smutki i żałobie Rodzina
