Jana Apostoła i Ewangelisty ul. Gen. Sikorskiego 8 (Stary Fordon). Pogrzeb odbędzie się tego samego dnia o godz. 12.30 na cmentarzu Komunalnym Starofarnym ul. Grunwaldzka 15 w Bydgoszczy. Zamiast kwiatów, pieniądze pragniemy przekazać na Domowe Hospicjum dla Dzieci (informacje u rodziny)
