na cmentarzu komunalnym Swarzędz, Gortatowo,
ul. Cmentarna.

Prosimy, zamiast kwiatów, o wsparcie Hospicjum Palium
w Poznaniu (hospicjum-palium.pl) lub przygarnięcie
Motylków podczas ceremonii pogrzebowej.
