Odznaką Grunwaldu
za udział w walkach o wyzwolenie Ojczyzny.
Pogrzeb odbędzie się w sobotę 2 marca 2024 r.
na starym cmentarzu w Oleśnicy koło Wrocławia.
Urna zostanie złożona w grobowcu rodzinnym.
