o godzinie 13:40 w kaplicy na Cmentarzu Rakowickim,
po czym nastąpi odprowadzenie Zmarłej
na miejsce wiecznego spoczynku,
o czym zawiadamiają pogrążeni w głębokim smutku
Córka, Zięć, Wnuk i Rodzina
