Z głębokim żalem informujemy, że odeszła od nas

lekarz psychiatra,
długoletni pracownik Kobierzyńskiego Szpitala.

Pracę rozpoczęła w 1967 roku i kontynuowała ją
po przejściu na emeryturę w 2004 roku,
aż do 2013 roku, łącznie 46 lat.
W ocenie władz Szpitala
była pracownikiem wzorowym i sumiennym,
wobec pacjentów życzliwa, opiekuńcza i uczynna,
jako człowiek powszechnie lubiana.
Taka też pozostanie w naszej wdzięcznej pamięci.

Pogrzeb odbędzie się
3 stycznia 2022 r. w Nowym Mieście Lubawskim.
