Drogi Tadeusz Karpiński był wspaniałym Człowiekiem, świetnym konstruktorem i wychowawcą młodych pokoleń. Wiele lat ciężkiej pracy w Stomilu przyniosło zakładowi wiele sukcesów. Drogi Tadeusz zawsze był bardzo pracowity, staranny i skrupulatny. Nasz Kolega był zawsze pełen optymizmu i zaangażowania. Będzie nam teraz Tadzia bardzo brakowało.
