członka Zarządu Cechu Rzemiosł Różnych w Malborku, który od 1978 r. był zaangażowany w strukturę Cechową.

Od 1994 r. zasiadał w Zarządzie Cechu i był członkiem komisji egzaminacyjnej przy Pomorskiej Izbie Rzemieślniczej w Gdańsku. Nagrodzony wieloma odznaczeniami rzemieślniczymi. Zasłużony Mistrz szkolący młodych adeptów rzemiosła.
