Złoty Krzyż Zasługi,
Złoty Medal Siły Zbrojne w Służbie Ojczyzny,
Złoty Medal za Zasługi dla Obronności Kraju.

Uroczystości pogrzebowe odbędą się dnia 2.02.2022 r.
na cmentarzu Marynarki Wojennej
w Gdyni, ul. Antoniego Muchowskiego 18.
Pożegnanie o godz. 12.30 w kaplicy cmentarnej,
pogrzeb o godz. 13.00.
