Pożegnanie Zmarłego odbędzie się
we wtorek, 5 października 2021 roku o godz. 13.00
w Sali Pożegnań na Cmentarzu Rakowickim,
po czym nastąpi odprowadzenie prochów Zmarłego
na miejsce spoczynku,
o czym zawiadamiają
pogrążeni w smutku i żalu
Syn, Synowa i Rodzina
