Pożegnalna msza święta zostanie odprawiona 22 kwietnia o godzinie 12.00 w kościele
św. Jana Vianneya, ul. Podlaska 10 w Poznaniu.
Po mszy św. przejazd na Cmentarz Komunalny Junikowo w Poznaniu, ul. Grunwaldzka 305.
Jarek kochał ludzi. Był z ludźmi i dla ludzi.
Wspierał między innymi fundację „Drużyna Szpiku”.
Prosimy o nieprzynoszenie kwiatów i wieńców.
Zamiast nich prosimy o wsparcie,
przed kościołem staną wolontariusze tej fundacji.
