w kościele parafialnym pw. Najświętszego Serca Pana Jezusa przy ulicy Cechowej 144A,
po czym nastąpi odprowadzenie Zmarłego na miejsce wiecznego spoczynku na cmentarz w Piaskach Wielkich, o czym zawiadamiają pogrążeni w głębokim smutku i żalu

Żona, Córka, Wnuki, Prawnuki, Rodzina
oraz Grono Uczniów i Przyjaciół
