w sobotę 2 stycznia 2021 roku, w kaplicy domu pogrzebowego Banach, ul. Cmentarna 12, o godzinie 12.30.
Ceremonia pogrzebowa rozpocznie się na cmentarzu Junikowo o godzinie 13.15 przy Krzyżu Katyńskim,
skąd ruszy kondukt do miejsca pochówku
(R31-6-1-16, wejście główne od ul. Cmentarnej).
