w kaplicy na cmentarzu Salwatorskim,
po czym nastąpi odprowadzenie Zmarłej
na miejsce wiecznego spoczynku,
o czym zawiadamia pogrążona
w głębokim smutku i żalu
Rodzina.
Zamiast kwiatów prosimy o datki
na rzecz Hospicjum św. Łazarza w Krakowie.
