w kaplicy na cmentarzu Rakowickim, po czym nastąpi odprowadzenie Zmarłego na miejsce wiecznego spoczynku,
o czym zawiadamia pogrążona w smutku
Żona i Rodzina
Prosimy o nieskładanie kondolencji.
Zamiast kwiatów prosimy o datki
na rzecz Hospicjum św. Łazarza.
Osoba z puszką będzie obecna podczas ceremonii.
