Przeżywszy lat 75,
zasnął w Panu dnia 1 maja 2020 roku.

Msza święta żałobna zostanie odprawiona
w piątek w dniu 8 maja 2020 roku o godz. 14.00
w kościele parafialnym
pod wezwaniem św. Jakuba Apostoła w Sance,
po czym nastąpi odprowadzenie Zmarłego
na miejsce wiecznego spoczynku na cmentarz parafialny,

o czym zawiadamiają pogrążeni w żałobie
Córka z Mężem, Syn z Żoną, Wnuczki i Wnuk,
Siostry i Rodzina
