Msza święta żałobna odprawiona zostanie
w środę 4 grudnia 2019 roku o godzinie 13.40
w kaplicy na cmentarzu Rakowickim,
po czym nastąpi odprowadzenie Zmarłej
na miejsce wiecznego spoczynku,

o czym zawiadamiają
pogrążeni w głębokim smutku
Juliusz, Tomasz,
Monika z Tadeuszem
i Rodzina
