Przeżywszy lat 86, po długiej i ciężkiej chorobie,
opatrzony św. Sakramentami,
odszedł od nas na zawsze do Pana dnia 22 maja 2019 roku.

Msza św. żałobna przy Zmarłym odprawiona zostanie
we wtorek, dnia 28 maja 2019 roku o godzinie 11.00
w kaplicy na cmentarzu Rakowickim,
po czym nastąpi odprowadzenie Zmarłego
na miejsce wiecznego spoczynku,
o czym zawiadamia pogrążona w głębokim smutku
