w dniu 28 listopada 2019 roku o godz. 17.00
w kościele św. Barbary w Luboniu.
Ceremonia pogrzebowa odbędzie się
w dniu 29 listopada 2019 roku o godz. 13.10
na cmentarzu Junikowo w Poznaniu.
