Uroczystości pogrzebowe rozpoczną się tego samego dnia o godz. 12.15
w nowej kaplicy cmentarza Srebrzysko.

Prosimy o nieskładanie kondolencji i nieprzynoszenie kwiatów.
Przy wyjściu z kaplicy będą zbierane datki na rzecz Hospicjum.
