Najukochańszy Mąż, Tata, Dziadek, Brat i Wujek,
przeżywszy lat 87, opatrzony św. sakramentami odszedł
od nas dnia 10 maja 2019 roku.
Msza św. żałobna w intencji Zmarłego odprawiona zostanie w środę, dn. 15 maja 2019 r. o godz. 13.40
w kaplicy na cmentarzu Rakowickim,
po czym nastąpi odprowadzenie urny z prochami Zmarłego na miejsce wiecznego spoczynku.

Pogrążeni w głębokim smutku i żałobie:
Żona, Syn, Brat, Synowa, Wnuczka z Mężem i Rodzina
