Msza św. żałobna przy Zmarłym odprawiona zostanie
we wtorek, 25 września 2018 r. o godzinie 11.00
w kaplicy na Cmentarzu Rakowickim,
po czym nastąpi odprowadzenie Zmarłego
na miejsce spoczynku,
o czym zawiadamiają pogrążeni w głębokim smutku

Żona, Syn, Córka, Siostra z Rodziną
Prosimy o nieskładanie kondolencji.
